  1. This disk contains a number of programs to analyze the status
  2. and configuration of your PC's main components (motherboard).
  3. Program CPUID tells you what type of CPU chip is in your 
  4. computer. ROMREAD takes a look into your ROM chips (such as
  5. the BIOS chip) and displays the type and version data. DIPSET 
  6. tells you the position of the DIP switches on the motherboard.
  7. MASTER identifies the key sections and locations of the BIOS.
  8. COMSTAT displays the status of either COM line. CORELOOK allows
  9. you to look at the current contents of any section of RAM; and
  10. RAMTEST provides a rigorous test of your RAM to find flaky
  11. memory.
