  9. The PUSHDIR.DOC file is formatted to be printed out in 10-point type on 
  10. standard-size (11" X 8") paper by an (otherwise teletype-like) printer which 
  11. is capable of underlining by doing a <CR> without a <LF> and overtyping the 
  12. previous line - almost all modern printers can do this. If you want to view it 
  13. in an editor and/or TYPE it to the console, you will need to remove the 
  14. underlining. To do this, simply give the command "MAKETXT PUSHDIR" (without 
  15. the quotes, of course). MAKETXT will read the .DOC file (which it expects to 
  16. find in the current directory) and write a second file called PUSHDIR.TXT, 
  17. which can be edited or TYPEd without difficulty.
