  1. FLASHCRD is a program that provides electronic "flash cards" for the
  2. written elements of the Amateur Radio Examinations.  The questions
  3. have been downloaded from the public domain file QPOOL.EXE located in
  4. Compuserve's HAMNET library.
  5.  
  6. To use the program, enter:
  7.  
  8.    FLASHCRD (class) (x)
  9.      Where:  class is NOVICE, TECHNICIAN, GENERAL, ADVANCED, or EXTRA
  10.              x is C for a color monitor or M for a monochrome monitor
  11.  
  12.    For example:
  13.      FLASHCRD GENERAL C
  14.    would provide flashcards for the general pool of questions on a
  15.    color monitor.

  17. Note that diagrams are NOT included.  They can be obtained from
  18. printed material from the ARRL and other sources.
