  2.                        REGISTERING THE 440 MINI-SPOILER

  4.      As with all shareware packages, the 440 Mini-Spoiler is supported by those
  5. who obtain  registered copies  of the  software and documentation.  The QSO2000
  6. project is  not Microsoft  Corporation, and  nobody in  the project wants it to
  7. become more  than a cooperative endeavor among the avant garde communicators of
  8. the world  so that  the world  of amateur-radio communications can more rapidly
  9. become better.

  11.      Several hundreds  of hours  of  research,  trial-and-error,  and  software
  12. development have  gone into development of the 440 Mini-Spoiler, and before the
  13. useful life of the program is over several hundreds of additional hours will go
  14. into its  maintenance and  enhancement.  We urge you to consider the value that
  15. the 440  Mini-Spoiler represents to you and to appropriately register your copy
  16. of the  software by  your printing  the form provided below and mailing it with
  17. your remittance to The QSO2000 Project.

  19.      Your registration  of the  440 Mini-Spoiler  brings you  by return  mail a
  20. full-featured registered  copy the  latest version  of the  440 Mini-Spoiler on
  21. diskette.   It also  entitles you  to free  upgrades of  the  440  Mini-Spoiler
  22. software for a year after your registration.

  24.      Shareware examination  copies of  the 440  Mini-Spoiler are maintained and
  25. enhanced throughout  the lifetime  of the  package  to  a  lesser  extent  than
  26. registered copies  are.   Rewards for  sharing in  the  resources  expended  by
  27. further development of the package are significant.

  29.      Please distribute  shareware examination  copies of  the latest version of
  30. the 440  Mini-Spoiler to  other operators as widely as you care to so that they
  31. are invited  to share  in our progress.  Please include all of the files in the
  32. 440 Mini-Spoiler  package.   If you  charge a  handling  fee  for  distributing
  33. shareware examination  copies on  diskette, you must charge no more than $4.00.
  34. You   may not,  of course,  distribute copies of your registered version of the
  35. 440 Mini-Spoiler in accordance with the licensing agreement on the form printed
  36. below.

  38.      Shareware examination  copies of  the 440  Mini-Spoiler are  available  on
  39. diskette directly  from the  QSO2000 Project  for a  media and  mailing fee  of
  40. $2.50, and  registered copies  are available  for the  licensing fee of $19.00.

  82. the 440 Mini-Spoiler within the next year.

  85. 440 Mini-Spoiler  that I  receive to  persons who do not reside in my immediate
  86. household.I agree  to use  the 440  Mini-Spoiler software  package  within  the
  87. limits of  licensed operation  and good engineering practice and to accept sole
  88. responsibility for  the use  of the software in the operating environment of my
  89. design and within my control.
