  1.                         What's New in CopyQM 2.22
  2.  
  3.     A few significant changes have been made to CopyQM for version 2.22:
  4.  
  5.     1.  CopyQM is now able to share extended memory with VDISK and
  6.         Microsoft Windows.  CopyQM uses extended memory in accordance
  7.         with the Microsoft Extended Memory Specification, version 2.0.
  8.  
  9.     2.  The REPEAT option has been added to facilitate making copies
  10.         of entire disk sets.
  11.  
  12.     3.  The RETRIES=number option has been added to allow user control
  13.         over error retries.
  14.  
  15.     4.  The environment variable COPYQM=value has been added to allow
  16.         COPYQM "default" parameters.

  19.                         What's New in CopyQM 2.20
  20.  
  21.     Many new features have been incorporated into CopyQM 2.20.  Please
  22.     read the following information and check the CopyQM documentation
  23.     for more detail:

  25.     1.  Diskette Image files from older versions are no longer compatible.
  26.         This change was made so that support for BLIND image files could
  27.         be accomodated.  The Image File header now contains a checksum,
  28.         so older files will be rejected by COPYQM.

  30.     2.  The first hard disk is automatically selected as an overflow
  31.         device if none has been specified.
  32.  
  33.     3.  A tone is sounded every 20 seconds if COPYQM is in an idle
  34.         state; that is, if no reading or writing is going on.
  35.  
  36.     4.  The diskette volume name now appears on the display.
  37.  
  38.     5.  ASCII serial numbers are now right-justified in a field of
  39.         spaces of SNLENGTH size.  Binary serial numbers are right-
  40.         justified in a field of binary zero.
  41.  
  42.     6.  Binary serial numbers are now entered in hexadecimal.
  43.  
  44.     7.  A monochrome color set may now be selected.
  45.  
  46.     8.  The term "installation" has now been renamed "configuration".
  47.         Configuration is now optional for COPYQM.  If your installation
  48.         is "vanilla-flavored", you probably won't need to configure
  49.         COPYQM.
