  11.         This  directory  contains  drivers for use  on  VersaCAD  version
  12.         5.3/5.4  and  VersaCAD  386 version  5.4.  The  directory  should
  13.         contain the following:

  15.                  o VCAD54B.COM   - This driver supports 2 modes
  16.                                    * 800x600 16-color
  17.                                    * 1024x768 16-color - requires
  18.                                      512K of video memory (This
  19.                                      mode is only for V4 board & up)
  20.                  o VCAD61B.EXE   - This driver supports 3 modes
  21.                                    * 640x400 256-color
  22.                                    * 640x480 256-color - requires
  23.                                      512K of video memory
  24.                                    * 800x600 256-color  - requires
  25.                                      512K of video memory
  26.                  o VCAD65B.COM   - 1024x768 16-color driver - requires
  27.                                    512K of video memory (This mode is
  28.                                    for V3 board)
  29.                  o VCAD67B.COM   - 1024x768 4-color driver
  30.                  o V386-61B.EXE  - This driver for VersaCAD 386 only.
  31.                                    The driver supports 3 modes
  32.                                    * 640x400 256-color
  33.                                    * 640x480 256-color - requires
  34.                                      512K of video memory
  35.                                    * 800x600 256-color  - requires
  36.                                      512K of video memory

  38.                 o FNT8X14.FNT    - Font files for VCAD61B.EXE and
  39.                   FNT8X8.FNT       V386-61B.EXE drivers.

  41.                 o VCADDRV.EXE    - Drivers installation program.  This
  42.                                    program is started by the main program
  43.                                    VDRIVER.EXE.

  60.         The setup procedure is as follows:
  61.  
  62.                 1/ Install VersaCAD on your hard disk, with EGA  selected
  63.                    for Screen Configuration.
  64.  
  65.                 2/ Run VDRIVER.EXE and follow the instructions given by
  66.                    the program.
  67.  
  68.                 3/ You will be told to do initial setup for VersaCAD in
  69.                    order  to  incorporate the  high  resolution  drivers.
  70.                    Simply follow as instructed.
  71.  
  72.         Note:    If  you  cannot  successfully  completed  the   VersaCAD
  73.         installation  through VDRIVER because of an error  during  ENVIRO
  74.         configuration,   it  is  possible  that  the  system  memory   is
  75.         insufficient.  Try the following steps:
  76.  
  77.                 a.  Go to the root directory that contains VersaCAD
  78.                 b.  Type AVCAD.
  79.                 c.  Select (E) Environment.
  80.                 d.  Choose the desired graphic display e.g:
  81.                       Mode 54h, 800 x 600, 15 colors, single
  82.  
  83.         If  you  still  cannot  run the  environment  setup,  remove  any
  84.         resident program and run VDRIVER again.
