  3. FUNCTION: Changes the size of the cursor.

  9. REMARKS:  line1 and line2 are integers from 0 to 13 for monochrome and from
  10.           0 to 7 for color that define the limits of the cursor, where the
  11.           lines are numbered from the top to the bottom of the pixel block.
  12.           When line2 > line1, the cursor will become a solid block extending
  13.           vertically from line1 to line2. When line1 > line2, the cursor will
  14.           be split into two segments at the top and bottom of the line. The
  15.           standards are CURSOR 11 12 for monochrome and CURSOR 6 7 for color.
  16.           The cursor remains as defined until reset by CURSOR or some other
  17.           program or until the system is rebooted.
