- REMARKS: line1 and line2 are integers from 0 to 13 for monochrome and from
- 0 to 7 for color that define the limits of the cursor, where the
- lines are numbered from the top to the bottom of the pixel block.
- When line2 > line1, the cursor will become a solid block extending
- vertically from line1 to line2. When line1 > line2, the cursor will
- be split into two segments at the top and bottom of the line. The
- standards are CURSOR 11 12 for monochrome and CURSOR 6 7 for color.
- The cursor remains as defined until reset by CURSOR or some other
- program or until the system is rebooted.
