  3. FUNCTION: Permits you to enter or change the time known to the system from
  4.           either the keyboard or a batch file.
  5.  
  6. FORMAT:   TIME [hh:mm[:ss[.xx]]]
  7.  
  8. TYPE:     DOS internal command
  9.  
  10. REMARKS:  Omitting the time causes TIME to display the current time and to
  11.           prompt you for its entry. To leave the time unchanged, press Enter.
  12.           The fields are checked for valid values. The valid delimeters are
  13.           as shown. The format of system time displays is controlled by the
  14.           configuration sub-command COUNTRY.
