  3.   No for-profit organization may sell the disk without prior permission from
  4.   Computer Knowledge.

  6.   The TUTOR.COM program or files may not be sold as part of some other more
  7.   inclusive package without permission of Computer Knowledge.

  9.   Under no condition will the program be "rented" or leased to others.

  11.   Distribution may take place via electronic bulletin boards, national
  12.   telecommunication networks, or through any other telecommunications link
  13.   only if steps are taken to archive the programs so all are distributed
  14.   in one consolidated file and any charge is limited to connect time.

  16.   Printed copies of the tutorials may not be distributed in any form without
  17.   a license from Computer Knowledge.

  19.   Please note: Computer Knowledge does not receive any revenue from sales

  21.                with Computer Knowledge to have a legal license to use the
