  3.    This program now attempts to convert all compression techniques known to
  4.    it to the ZIP format.

  10.    Novell users using ZOO reported file collection entries that do not contain
  11.    extensions are being bypassed on the extract pass.  A passed command line
  12.    replacement of ZOO eO foo.zoo *.* has been replaced by ZOO eO foo.zoo.

  16.    Some users reported a DOS setblock error when running TOZIP.EXE.  This
  17.    problem was caused by the presence of the executable compression programs
  18.    being present in the same directory as the file collections that were to
  19.    be processed.  If the executable compression programs reside on the PATH,
  20.    and processing is performed on a directory other than that which contains
  21.    the executable compression programs,  this problem did not exist.
