  1.                       NEWSPACE DISTRIBUTION LICENSING AGREEMENT

  4.         Anyone wishing to charge a fee for a copy of the shareware version of
  5.         NewSpace must be authorized to do so by Isogon Corporation, the owner
  6.         and copyright holder of NewSpace.  To receive such authorization,
  7.         complete and send this form to:

  15.         Isogon will register you as a NewSpace distributor, and will send you a
  16.         diskette with the latest shareware version.  You will also receive
  17.         notice when a new release of the program becomes available.

  20.         Distributors already recognized by the Association of Shareware
  21.         Professionals need not register.  However, registering will ensure that
  22.         you are distributing the most current release of NewSpace.

  25.                                  TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION
  26.  
  27.         1. The fee charged for a copy of the shareware version of NewSpace may
  28.            not exceed $7, including postage and handling.           
  29.  
  30.         2. Your library's catalog or listing must state that NewSpace is a
  31.            shareware product, and as such it is copyrighted, that its use is
  32.            restricted to evaluation by the user, and that a licensing fee must
  33.            be paid if the user wants to use the program on a regular basis.
  34.  
  35.         3. The offering and sale of NewSpace will be stopped at any time Isogon
  36.            Corporation so requests.
