  22.                    NARC version 3.0 enhancements
  23.  
  24.      NARC zip 3.0 is the first IDC product to support the ZIP file
  25.     format. NARC will handle both ARC and ZIP files.
  26.     
  27.     NARCCFG now allows the user to hardcode the pathnames that
  28.     were previously set up with environment variables , although
  29.     the environment may still be used. See NARC.DOC "environment
  30.     variables".

  32.     NARC 3.0 has been greatly enhanced to help prevent ill-behaved
  33.     TSR programs from interfering with file extractions.
  34.     
  35.                 NEW COMMANDS
  36.                 
  37.     F2 - the F2 key will allow toggling into and out of 43 line mode
  38.          on EGA/VGA systems.
  39.          
  40.     F8 - the F8 key will display individual file comments within the
  41.          ZIP file.
  42.          
  43.     ALT-F8 - this key combination will display the overall ZIP file
  44.              comment, not to be confused with the individual file
  45.          comments.

  47.     ^PgUp and ^PgDn - these keys are now supported in the main
  48.              subfile screen.
