  3.         As a Shareware author and a BBS System Operator, it is my belief that
  4.         Sysops should receive compensation for the great job they do in
  5.         assisting with the distribution of Shareware.  For this reason, I am
  6.         initiating a commission program which will compensate Sysops for
  7.         carrying Robocomm on their BBS for downloading.  If you would like to
  8.         participate in this program, please consider registering your BBS as a
  9.         Robocomm distribution point.  There is absolutely no charge to
  10.         participate in this program.

  12.         This file describes the procedure for registering your BBS as a
  13.         Robocomm distribution point.  As a System Operator of a registered
  14.         Robocomm distribution point, you will receive a $5.00 commission on
  15.         each copy of Robocomm that is downloaded from your BBS and registered
  16.         by an end user.  When you receive your commission checks, you will be
  17.         informed of exactly which of your users have registered their copy of
  18.         Robocomm.  To register your BBS, simply follow these directions:
  19.  
  20.         1)   Fill out the "BBS Information" and "Commission Information"
  21.              sections of the registration form below.
  22.         2)   Create a user record for DAN PARSONS on your BBS and fill in the
  23.              password you assigned to it in the "Confirmation Information"
  24.              section of the form.
  25.         3)   Post a private message to DAN PARSONS from the SYSOP in your main
  26.              board message base and note the number of this message in the
  27.              indicated space on the "Confirmation Information" section of the
  28.              registration form.
  29.         4)   If you would like to be pre-registered and granted access to the
  30.              special Distributor's conference on GROUP ONE BBS, the support
  31.              board for Robocomm, fill in a password in the "Support BBS
  32.              Registration" section.  You are not required to call the support
  33.              BBS to participate in this program.
  34.         5)   Extract the file ORDER.FRM from the compressed Robocomm
  35.              distribution file on your BBS and fill in the information
  36.              specific to your BBS on the "Commission Information"
  37.              section of the form using a text editor.  Make sure the
  38.              BBS Name and phone number match the information you
  39.              supplied on the distribution point registration form.
  40.              Then, re-ZIP the modified ORDER.FRM into the Robocomm
  41.              distribution ZIP ROBO-105.ZIP
  42.         6)   Mail your completed registration to the address indicated on the
  43.              form, or submit it electronically at any of the electronic mail
  44.              addresses indicated in the "Contacting the Author" section of the
  45.              User's Guide.

  47.         That's all there is to it.  As soon as I receive the first end user
  48.         registration credited to your BBS (indicated by the "BBS Information"
  49.         section of the Robocomm ORDER.FRM file), I will call your BBS using
  50.         the password you supplied on your distribution point registration form
  51.         to inform you of the registration and tell you when you can expect
  52.         your first commission check.  Once again, thank you for your
  53.         assistance in distributing Robocomm. I hope your participation in the
  54.         Robocomm commission program will be a great success.
