  4. Electronic Delivery

  6.       An "on-line" computer-based electronic messaging system allowing
  7.       delivery to an electronic mailbox for receipt by other mailbox
  8.       subscribers.

  10.       MCI Mail can be accessed via an 800 number.
  11.       Through International Packet Network access, MCI Mail is accessible from
  12.       over 40 countries outside the continental U.S.

  15. Telex Delivery

  17.       MCI Mail offers it's users the capability to send and receive domestic
  18.       and international telex messages.

  21. Fax Delivery

  23.       Subscribers can have messages delivered to virtually any fax machine
  24.       in the world.  MCI Mail will continue to retry sending a fax if the
  25.       recipient's phone is busy or otherwise unavailable.  Teamed with MCI
  26.       Mail's ability to create lists, this is an easy way to send large
  27.       numbers of faxes quickly.

  30. Postal Delivery

  32.       Subscribers can request an electronic message to be laser printed,
  33.       enveloped and submitted for postal delivery worldwide.  MCI Mail letters
  34.       with domestic destinations are electronically transmitted to the laser
  35.       print site closest to the recipient, prepared for mailing and delivered
  36.       via first class mail.

  38.       Mail destined for delivery outside the continental U.S. is
  39.       electronically transmitted and prepared at an international location to
  40.       aid in the speed of delivery.

  43. Courier Delivery

  45.       MCI Mail users can indicate that delivery of a laser printed message
  46.       should be expedited by courier delivery.  Domestically, MCI Mail offers
  47.       guaranteed "overnight" delivery to virtually any address in the country.

  49.       MCI Mail customers also have the capability to send courier delivered
  50.       messages throughout most of the free world at costs up to 50% less than
  51.       those charged by U.S. couriers.

  54. Graphics

  56.       MCI Mail subscribers have the ability to register their unique
  57.       letterhead and signature such that hard copy mail can be printed with a
  58.       digitized facsimile of the graphic.

  61. Mail Alert

  63.       A service which allows a message sender to request that the electronic
  64.       recipient (or recipients) be telephoned by an MCI operator and notified
  65.       that the sender's message has been delivered to the recipient's mailbox.

  70.       MCI Mail users have the ability to request Return Receipts of all
  71.       messages.

  74. Private Distribution List

  76.       Lists can be set up as a shortcut for addressing the same message text
  77.       to multiple recipients.  Lists may be edited to change the list name or
  78.       to add, delete or change members.  List creation and maintenance is
  79.       entirely under the individual user's control.

  82. Shared Lists

  84.       A mail system subscriber can create lists for sharing by other
  85.       subscribers.  The list "owner" is able to define which other subscribers
  86.       should be allowed to use the shared list.  A shared list may be declared
  87.       "public."

  92.       "Scripts" is the MCI Mail service that enables you to design and
  93.       generate your own interactive, on-line, intelligent data entry forms on
  94.       MCI mail.  Scripts can check for data entry errors and issue a help
  95.       message and input prompt when they detect a mistake.  The output of a
  96.       script can be transmitted and delivered instantly, either to a
  97.       predetermined list of addressees or to addressees that the user
  98.       specifies. (not officially released)

  101. On-Line HELP

  103.       In addition to printed materials, MCI Mail provides on-line "HELP
  104.       files".  These files may be accessed at any command prompt allowing the
  105.       user to locate contextual information about services and features.

  108. Bulletin Boards

  110.       A service which will allow messages to be posted to "electronic bulletin
  111.       boards."  The owner of the board can specify those allowed to read it or
  112.       it can be open for all to read.  Bulletin boards can be scanned like any
  113.       other message file, so that a summary of the items on the board can be
  114.       reviewed for selective retrieval.

  117. Dow Jones News/Retrieval Service

  119.       MCI Mail provides an interactive gateway to the Dow Jones News/Retrieval
  120.       database service.
