  3. If your system DOES NOT POWER UP, you have NOT installed your coprocessor

  8. The FasMath Processor and Demonstration Software are designed to run in
  9. an 80386 system only!  The demonstration software will not run on an 80287.

  13. If your system passes its memory test but will not boot, you may have to
  14. set switches in your computer or run a configuration utility to configure
  15. your system for the numerics processor. Refer to your computers users 
  16. manual for further details.

  27. TO INSTALL FASMATH DEMONSTRATION SOFTWARE ON TO YOUR HARDDISK or RAMDISK
  28.          WITH THE DEMONSTRATION DISK INSTALLED IN FLOPPY DRIVE A.

  30. I) Change the default drive to your Harddisk or RAMdisk by typing:

  32.     c: <enter>  Where c is the letter of the new drive.

  34. II) Create a directory called FasMath by typing
  35.  
  36.     MD \FASMATH <enter>

  38. III) Change directory to FasMath by typing
  39.  
  40.     CD \FASMATH  <enter>

  42. IV) Copy demonstration files from floppy disk to Harddisk or RAMdisk

  44.     COPY A:.  <enter>   [NOTE: type the period (.) after the colon]
