  1.                    COMMERCIAL SALES LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4.   1. This license applies to the Turbo Pascal source code for the 
  5.      following files and each file listed below requires a separate 
  6.      license fee:

  14.   2. You must treat this software just like a book - ONLY ONE CPU 
  15.      PER LICENSE can use the software at the same time in the 
  16.      original or modified forms.  However, you are authorized to 
  17.      make archival copies for safekeeping.
  18.  
  19.   3. You may produce any number of executable code programs for 
  20.      profit for world-wide distribution with this software without 
  21.      royalties to the author.
  22.  
  23.   4. You may not modify the code and redistribute it to other users 
  24.      without permission of the author.  However, you may distribute 
  25.      the unaltered source code without profit to other users 
  26.      provided they agree with the License Statement.
  27.  
  28.   5. The license applies to the original copy of the code as well 
  29.      as updated versions which are available on CompuServe's 
  30.      Borland Forum.  There is no charge for using the updated 
  31.      versions.  The author is neither obligated to provide updated 
  32.      versions nor notices of error corrections.  The author is not 
  33.      obligated to provide any services of any kind to support the 
  34.      coding.

  36.   6. The user agrees to conscientiously respect the copyright to 
  37.      the author of the code and not to illegally, unethically, or 
  38.      neglectfully exploit the services provided by the author.

  40.   7. This code is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, 
  41.      either expressed or implied, included but not limited to the 
  42.      implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a specific 
  43.      purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of 
  44.      the coding is with you.  Should the code prove defective, you 
  45.      assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or 
  46.      correction.

  48.   8. In no event will the author be liable to you for any damages, 
  49.      including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental 
  50.      or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability 
  51.      to use this code.

  54.      the License Statement, understands them, and agrees to be 
  55.      bound by their terms and conditions.  You further agree that 
  56.      they are the complete and exclusive agreement between us.
