  1. Hi All,
  2.    
  3.    This announces the third release of the public domain version of TLIST.EXE.
  4.    This archive should contain the following files:
  5.  
  6.           README.     (This file)
  7.               TLIST.EXE   (main program)
  8.           TLIST.DOC   (documentation)
  9.           TEST.PAS    (An example using tlist.exe controls)
  10.           TEST.LIB    (An example include file for TEST.PAS)
  11.           RUNME.BAT   (A command file to run the test)

  13.    Release Version 2.1 has the following addtions:
  14.  
  15.     1) Cleaned up the HP2000 default printer controls.
  16.  
  17.    Release Version 2.2 has the following additions:
  18.  
  19.     1) Fixed usage display so that the version number and other
  20.        information fits on one page.
  21.  
  22.     2) A # sign may now be entered in the heading or footing string
  23.        as ##.  This was added because # will always convert to a 
  24.        page number.  Also, ## and # may appear more than once on the
  25.        line now.
  26.  
  27.     3) A subtitle line now displays the actual file being listed.
  28.        This information appears directly after the heading.
  29.  
  30.     4) A command line parameter was added to disable file inclusion 
  31.        during the listing process.
  32.  
  33.     5) Fixed lister so that the program does NOT abort when an include
  34.        file is NOT found.  
  35.  
  36.     6) Display the name of each file as it is included in the listing.
  37.  
  38.    Release Version 2.3 has the following additions:
  39.  
  40.     1) Fixed printer type selection so that it can only be set once 
  41.        during a listing session.  This will allow all of the library 
  42.         (include files) to have the printer type set also.  This can be 
  43.        convenient if the include files were ever printed by themselves.
  44.  
  45.         2) Fixed the .MH and .MF dot command so that they can only be used
  46.            once.  Also, added two new dot commands called .CH and .CF to
  47.            allow the heading and footing to be changed.  These additions 
  48.        will allow the include files to contain the printer initialization
  49.        stuff, but they will only be used if the include file is printed
  50.        by itself.
