  10. Quick Start
  11. -----------
  12. If you would rather read the TurboPal documentation later and want to
  13. start using TurboPal right away, just follow these steps:
  14.  
  15. 1). Back up your original TurboPal diskette.
  16.  
  17. 2). Place the backup copy in a disk drive, type "TPAL", and press <Return>.
  18.  
  19. 3). Activate TurboPal by pressing the <CTRL> and <F5> keys at the same time.
  20.  
  21. 4). For help, press the <F1> key from the Main Menu.  The help feature
  22. provides a quick reference guide to TurboPal.

  25. Corrections to the TurboPal documentation
  26. -----------------------------------------
  27.   - Under "Technical Notes" the documentation states that TurboPal is
  28.   installed using MS-DOS interrupt number 27 hex. TurboPal is actually
  29.   installed using MS-DOS interrupt 21 hex (function 31 hex) as 
  30.   recommended by the Microsoft Corporation.

  32.   - The size of both "TPAL.COM" and TPALTINY.COM (does not include extended
  33.   and turle graphics) is about 1k larger than the amount shown in the
  34.   documentation. This is due to improved coverage of some language elements.

  39.     TurboPal no longer "borrows" interrupt 67h. This interrupt is used by
  40.     the Lotus/Intel/Microsoft Expanded Memory Specification.
