  8. PULL DOWN/POP UP MENU EDITOR is the first attempt of Coleman Software
  9. to distribute its programs via the Shareware marketing strategy.  The
  10. usual Shareware philosopy applies if you try PDM_ED and don't like it
  11. or feel you have no use for it --- do payment is required.  If , instead,
  12. you find you use it useful and/or profitable send $20.00 to:

  19. Important: Continued use of this program requires purchase.  PDM_ED is
  20. free only on a trail basis.  This trail basis is meant to last only long 
  21. enough to evaluate how useful the program is with respect to your personal 
  22. needs.  Use of PDM_ED beyond this period of time constitutes a violation of 
  23. the limited license granted you by its shareware status.

  25. You are not allowed to modify the software under any conditions.  Once  
  26. purchase you are free to incorporate the PDM_USE run-time into your own
  27. programs for sale.  Any program sold incorporating PDM_USE with the purchase
  28. of PDM_ED or any program profiting any any way from PDM_ED without such
  29. purchase constitues a violation of the before mensioned limited licence.

  31. You may copy the program for the trial use of others subject to the rules
  32. outlined in MANUAL.DOC.  In general, you may only copy the program in
  33. complete and unmodified form, as we distribute it.

  35. You may not charge any fee for copies of the program without written
  36. permission from Coleman Software.  This applies especially to disk vendors.
  37. Some services mislead customers into thinking they have purchased the
  38. software, rather than just the disk and duplication service.  If you have
  39. purchased this product from a disk vendor and feel they were misleading
  40. about what you have purchased, please write us and we will investigate
  41. the matter.

  51.                EXAMPLE.EXE    - The Compile version of EXAMPLE.TPU linked
  52.                                 to PDM_USE.TPU via Turbo Pascal Make.
  53.                EXAMPLE.PDM    - A pre-created PDM for EXAMPLE.PAS
