  1. Hi, gang.  Maybe you've heard of PC TECHNIQUES, the new magazine for
  2. programmers.  Maybe not...but either way, we'd like to offer you a free
  3. sampler of short technical articles from the first issue of PC TECHNIQUES.
  4. They've been put together in hypertex format, with a clean text-based
  5. user interface that may be used with a mouse or from the keyboard.  All
