  7. Line 1 is the FULL NAME and PATH to the Lantastic NET.EXE file
  8. Line 2 is the FULL NAME and PATH to the PCBOARD.SYS file
  9. Line 3 is the Designated User to Receive the SEND Message
  10.  
  11. You can have the PCBWHO.EXE program in your common utilities file.  It will
  12. look for the PCBWHO.CNF file in the directory where the PCBWHO program
  13. is executed.  If the PCBWHO.CNF file is not found, a Turbo Pascal Runtime
  14. error will result.
