  6. It is my opinion that no matter how good the idea of SHAREWARE is, the majority
  7. of users that download software from bulletin boards do not contribute to the
  8. author of the program. Therefore, the author has no idea how many copies of his
  9. program are being used regularly or how wide-spread the usage is. Therefore,
  10. to get a better idea of how many people are using this program, and where it is
  11. being distributed, I am asking each person that has a copy and is using it on a
  12. regular basis to help in my experiment by sending in a $1.00 contribution
  13. (which all users should be able to afford) to me along with any comments or
  14. suggestions that you may have to:
