  3. FUNCTION:  A text file utility that removes consecutive blank lines
  4.            exceeding a user definable number; default is 1 blank line at
  5.            most.  Version 1.1, 6-29-88.

  7. USAGE:     LINECTRL [infile] [outfile] {/numlines}
  8.  
  9.            "numlines" is the maximum number of consecutive blank lines to
  10.            keep in the text file.  0 is acceptable (i.e., no blank lines).
