  10.        It is distributed under the shareware concept.  You are  granted a
  11.        limited  license  to  use  this  software for a  short  evaluation
  12.        period.    If  you wish to continue to use this software after the
  13.        evaluation  period, you must register by  sending  $15.00  to  the
  14.        address below.  Kansas residents please add 5% sales tax.

  25.        hereunder or the use or modification thereof.

  28.        for distribution  with  this  software  without  royalties  to the
  29.        author or Software Applications of Wichita.

  33.        Wichita.   You may, however, distribute the unaltered code without
  34.        profit to others provided they are provided with and agree  to the
  35.        terms of this Agreement.  The license applies to the original copy
  36.        of this software  as  well  as  updated versions which may be made
  37.        available  from  time  to  time  on  Compuserve's  Borland  Forum.

  39.        obligated to provide updated versions or  notices  of corrections.
