  1. CONVERT is a utility which converts Borland TAccess data files from one
  2. record structure to another.  Its purpose is to free TAccess programmers
  3. from having to write a specific data file conversion program every time
  4. their application program undergoes a change in a data file structure.
  5. Works with both TAccess v. 1.xx and 4.xx files (and can perform conversions
  6. between the two).  Also does data type conversions (e.g., real to longint,
  7. string to real (!), etc.).  This PUBLIC version of CONVERT is fully
  8. functional with one limitation: data file record size is limited to 64 bytes.

  10. Run CONVERT and ask for help to obtain detailed info on what this program
  11. can do.
