  19. You can get it at most bookstores, or have the store order it for
  20. you.

  22. It covers Turbo Pascal versions 4 and 5, and replaces my earlier
  23. two editions of COMPLETE TURBO PASCAL.  There's a GREAT deal of
  24. new material.  The book is now 803 pages long, and there are 8500
  25. lines of listings in it.  The coverage of version 5.0 is
  26. extensive, not simply "tacked on."  I go into considerable depth
  27. on such 5.0-specific topics as constant expressions, procedural
  28. types and parameters, and of course have an entire 40-page
  29. section on the Integrated Debugger.

  31. The listings are archived so that they'll fit on a 360K diskette,
  32. and you have to run ARCX to extract them.  I have included a
  33. batch file, EXTRACT.BAT, to help out.  Copy the contents of this
  34. disk to a hard disk subdirectory and simply type EXTRACT.

  36. Don't try to extract the files onto the diskette.  Pretty
  37. obviously, there isn't nearly enough room.

  39. Feel free to pass this disk on to your friends and your user
  40. group.  Teachers, please allow your students to copy this disk
  41. freely--above all else, I want to aid the cause of education.
