- COMPLETE TURBO PASCAL, THIRD EDITION LISTINGS DISKETTE
-

- All rights reserved, but I grant the right to copy and distribute
- freely for noncommercial purposes, where I reserve the right to
- judge which purposes are commercial and which are not.
-
- Consider this a shareware proposition...if you like this disk,
- buy my book! (Assuming you haven't already, and if you have,
- well, thanks ever so much!)
-
- The book is:
-
- COMPLETE TURBO PASCAL, THIRD EDITION
- Scott, Foresman & Company, 1988
- ISBN 0-673-38355-5
-
- You can get it at most bookstores, or have the store order it for
- you.
-
- It covers Turbo Pascal versions 4 and 5, and replaces my earlier
- two editions of COMPLETE TURBO PASCAL. There's a GREAT deal of
- new material. The book is now 803 pages long, and there are 8500
- lines of listings in it. The coverage of version 5.0 is
- extensive, not simply "tacked on." I go into considerable depth
- on such 5.0-specific topics as constant expressions, procedural
- types and parameters, and of course have an entire 40-page
- section on the Integrated Debugger.
-
- The listings are archived so that they'll fit on a 360K diskette,
- and you have to run ARCX to extract them. I have included a
- batch file, EXTRACT.BAT, to help out. Copy the contents of this
- disk to a hard disk subdirectory and simply type EXTRACT.
-
- Don't try to extract the files onto the diskette. Pretty
- obviously, there isn't nearly enough room.
-
- Feel free to pass this disk on to your friends and your user
- group. Teachers, please allow your students to copy this disk
- freely--above all else, I want to aid the cause of education.
-
- Watch for my EYEBALL INLINE ASSEMBLER disk in your user group
- library. If you can't find it, you can order it from me for $10:
