  5.      non-moving objects (except enemy vessels) if you are below warp 1.
  6.      If in hyperspace, plot bearing tells you which quadrants contain
  7.      starbases, and black holes if you been in the quadrants that
  8.      contain holes.  Stars have variable radii ranging from .25 to .99
  9.      parsec.  Bases have a radius of .7 parsec.
