  4.   Transport rate is 40 troops/starminute (unless increased by exploring)
  5.      The more men you send over to an enemy vessel, the better chance
  6.      you have of capturing it with fewer casualties.  Size of crew on
  7.      enemy vessels can range from 75 to 200 and at odds of less than 1-1
  8.      you will probably not capture it.  Once you have captured it, it
  9.      will respond to your commands via a 20 command, but the speed of
  10.      response will depend on how many men you have on board at the time.
