  5.               ■  Names and references to 'MARKLIN' renamed to MKLAPI, where
  6.                  the driver is meant (and not Märklin-components).
  7.                  Include-files and sources that include header files should
  8.                  be changed.
  9.               ■  DOS-drivers now take RS232 port addresses from the BIOS
  10.                  data-area, and performs a simple check if the port is not
  11.                  already in use.
  12.               ■  Sound support added to DOS-drivers, and the function made
  13.                  callable by mainline.  Warning signals of OS/2- and
  14.                  DOS-drivers 'harmonised'.
  15.               ■  Polling and storage of S88 bit-settings changed to get
  16.                  better operation for all types of switches.
  17.               ■  mklstop() and mklgo() made more reliable.
  18.               ■  mklsleep() accepts now specification of an interval
  19.                  (pause) time
  20.               ■  mklmsecs(), mklsound() and mklsleep() functions now
  21.                  present in both OS/2 and DOS versions for more
  22.                  compatibility between OS/2 and DOS programs that make use
  23.                  of the MKLAPI-driver.
