- Programmers: If you've ever had to create custom mouse cursors for a
- graphics application, you know how hard it can be. MCD, the Mouse Cursor
- Designer, is a graphics editor that allows you to easily create new mouse
- cursors for your graphics applications.

- The mouse cursors designed by MCD can also be used in EGA/VGA text
- applications created using the TCXL library, version 6. (TCXL is copyright
- (C) 1987-1992 by Innovative Data Concepts). MCD mouse cursors are stored
- in a form that is directly compatible with TCXL.

- MCD can produce mouse cursors that are see-through, overlayed or even
- animated.

- MCD can generate source code for a mouse cursor in C, Pascal, Basic or
- assembly language.

- of MCD, all accompanying files, and a printed user's manual. The
- registered versions of the program does not contain any registration
