  7.  The "Tech Ref", as it is affectionately known, is not just another list of
  8. interrupts. It is a for-real programmer's guide, packed with the details real 
  9. programmers need. The Tech Ref will be going into print in Europe in early 
  10. 1990, but take note - the hardcopy version is less than a third the size of 
  11. the current disk-based text.

  14. for hauling reference books around. It's great for consultants or travelling 
  15. programmers.
