  1.                              MAIN MENU Section

  3. This  section  gives  you  control  over  rudimentary  housekeeping  functions 
  4. involved in using THE EXPERT.
  5.  
  6.      MENU:  Scan with PgUp,  PgDn and press Enter OR press key for action. Tap 
  7. spacebar to suppress menu temporarily, tap again to restore it.
  8.  
  9.      1 -- Provide THE EXPERT with a set of rules,  a Rulebase,  with which  to 
  10. work.
  11.      2 -- Provide THE EXPERT with a set of facts,  a Factbase,  to be added to 
  12. or altered in connection with a Rulebase. You must load the Rulebase first.
  13.      3 -- Save the set of facts, or Factbase, with which you have been working 
  14. as a disk file.
  15.      4  -- Tell  THE EXPERT where to look for Rulebases and Factbases as  disk 
  16. files.
  17.      5 -- See what Rulebases are currently available on disk. If NONE  are  on
  18. the designated drive, the program will end.
  19.      6 -- See what Factbases are currently available on disk. If NONE  are  on
  20. the designated drive, the program will end.
  21.      7  -- Go to the section in which your dialogue with THE  EXPERT  actually 
  22. begins. You must load a Rulebase first.
  23.      H Help -- Show this screen.
  24.      O Menus Off/On -- Suppress or restore automatic display of all menus.
  25.      X Exit -- Go to Exit Section, preparatory to leaving the program.
