  9.  In order to register your copy of the CD Library, print out this form and
  10.  send it back to us. You will then receive a letter which mentions a code.
  11.  Together with the program 'MAKEKEY.EXE' (which should be distributed together
  12.  with the CD Library) and your code, you will be able to generate a key. Once
  13.  this key is generated, your program will be registered.
  14.  
  15.  Please check that MAKEKEY.EXE was distributed together with the program. If 
  16.  you do not have this executable, then you should order it, or obtain it from
  17.  a complete CDLIB package. Note that without this executable, you will not be 
  18.  able to register your product !
