This tells you that you've got a level two amplification for Skull Storm, but because you have the Gel'ziabar Stone out, it's using its energy to amplify the Skull Storm spell, giving it a third level of amplification. &n &n Let's amplify the Skull Storm spell and give it some additional power...

Press the use inventory key (again, it's the "Enter" key) and notice that the Skull Storm has been amplified another level.
