  12.   - DynamIP v3.0 is a rewrite (about 70% of the code is new)
  13.   - no more ICP, all Winsock stuff is handled by cmuTCP.ocx (v2.02)
  14.   - accept/decline NetMeetingRequest
  15.   - new method to determine connected / vs. not connected
  16.   - support for static IP
  17.   - WEBchat (works with Netscape and IE)
  18.   - left-click on MailBox icon starts E-mail client (if defined)
  19.   - right-click on MailBox icon loads Setup
  20.   - double-click on ChatList entry fetches information about
  21.     chat participant (same as right-click and then menu "Info")
  22.     (back to Chatlist with double-click)
  23.   - Sleep/Wake Up button (IPchat)
  24.   - DynamIP "remembers" last window position and will reopen there

  53.             - AutoDistribute Chatlist  redesigned (to reduce traffic)

  56.             - cosmetics (now the icons should be ok an all systems...)
