Very easy to use. The program will solve any triangle when given the minimum amount of information, and the known data about the triangle can be entered in any order you wish. ANYANGLE will prompt you with the maximum and minimum value allowed at any entry and the ANYANGLE program always knows when it has enough data to solve the problem, and the answers are displayed instantly. System Requirements: CGA or Hercules (R) monochrome graphics capability is the minimum needed if the scale views are to be seen, but the program will run on any IBM(R) or compatible computer. CADet Load PGM1701, PGM1702 CADET is a full-screen text editor which allows users to create and edit text and attributes in AutoCAD drawings. CADET adds four new commands to AutoCAD - use "CADet-Edit" to edit or export text and attributes, use "CADet-Create table" to create text tables, use "CADet-Notes" to create drawing notes, use "CADet-Import" to import text files. The program's pull-down menu system and control key commands, as well as its extensive help referencing facilities and informative status line display, allow for CADET's ease of use. System Requirements : The CADET programs require an IBM XT, AT, PS/2 or compatible with 640K RAM, a hard disk drive, monochrome or color display, and PC/MS-DOS version 3.1 or higher. CIMplicity Load PGM1703, PGM1704 CIMplicity is an introductory level CIM (Integrated CAD/CAM) system. Although it is powerful, is just a subset of the larger packages available from us. It is offered as a starter system for those that are new to the CAD/CAM field. Its CAD capabilities are fine for making simple mechanical drawings, doing design work, and for driving a plotter to generate finished plans. Its CAM capabilities include feature based machining of finish toolpaths and drilling cycles, and for generating NC/CNC machine tapes for the Fanuc/Yasnac/Okuma style of controls. It does NOT include any roughing cycles, island avoidance, curves, advanced patterns, or for sophisticated control of the output. However, it is a very usable CAD/CAM system. System Requirements : EGA or VGA graphics card with 16-color 640x350 capability. Mouse or tablet with a standard mouse driver loaded. 640K of low memory, with at least 575K available. In the \CONFIG.SYS file, FILES must be set to at least 20. 3 megabytes of available fixed-disk space. It must be okay to create a directory named \CIM on the fixed disk. Curve Digitizer Load PGM1705, PGM1706 CURVE DIGITIZER is a versatile computer-aided design program. The available high resolution printer output includes many attractive options, including adjustable paper width and length and controllable line thickness. Six self-explanatory menu screens contirbute to CURVE DIGITIZER's ease of use. Additonal on-line help documentation is also available. System Requirements : CGA, EGA, or better video capabilities. Two floppy drive system. For graphical output, a printer capable of printing graphics is necessary. DanCAD3D Load PGM1707, PGM1708, PGM1709, PGM1710 DANCAD3D is a vector graphic animation tool useful for CAD (3D Computer Aided Drafting and technical drawing), CAE (3D and 4D Computer Aided Engineering and testing), and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing when used with DanCAM). DANCAD3D is a program that lets you make high quality line drawings. DANCAD3D lets you make 2D line drawings like using a pencil and ruler, or you can make 3D wire frame drawings by drawing lines that go in any direction in the drawing workspace. The drawing editor in DANCAD3D lets you add or delete any line or element at any time during the making of a drawing. Elements from one drawing can be saved to the harddisk and used individually or in groups in other drawings. In addition, DANCAD3D has a built in facility for animating drawings so you can see the object rotate to get a better idea of the three-dimensional shape. System Requirements : DANCAD3D runs on IBM XT, AT, or PS/2 compatible computers with at least 512KB of system memory. A hard disk drive is necessary for installation. DANCAD3D further requires either CGA, EGA, or Hercules graphics capabilities. For hard-copy output, DANCAD3D supports a variety of printers. DANCAM / DANPLOT Load PGM1712 DANCAM and DANPLOT are two utility programs, for use with DANCAD3D that you can use to automatically manufacture parts. DANCAM and DANPLOT run on your IBM (tm) compatible personal computer and use your personal computer's parallel port to send motion control signals to almost any TTL signal compatible stepper motor translator/driver module, as well as use the parallel port to drive all the necessary control relays, and to read all of the necessary home, limit, and pause switches. Specifically DANCAM and DANPLOT are designed to read drawing files made with DANCAD3D.COM v2.5 and to control the stepper motor's movement in such a way as to follow the lines drawn with DANCAD3D. Because DANCAM and DANPLOT are general purpose Computer Aided Manufacturing programs you can use them to automate most if not all of the types of machine tools you use. Additionally, because of the extreme low cost and high repeatable accuracy of DANCAM and DANPLOT you may become interested in automating tasks that are currently done with manual hand labor. DiCOGO Load PGM1713 DICOGO is a two-dimensional coordinate geometry system based on MIT's COGO, and geared specifically toward subdivision design. The program was designed to be run from AutoCAD, but may be run from the DOS command line as well. Users may operate the program interactively, or from a batch command file created with a word processor. DICOGO features command line editing, automatic command recording to batch file, and extensive cross referenced help systems. The program will create a .DXF output file that may be imported into many CAD systems. Lisp utilities are provided for use in AutoCAD to create command files and coordinate point files. Draft Choice Load PGM1714 DRAFT CHOICE is a simple, yet powerful Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tool. With DRAFT CHOICE's editing and Auto-Dimensioning capabilities, design and engineering drawings can be easily created and checked by computer. High quality drawings may be produced on 9-pin and 24-pin printers, laserjet printers, and HPGL compatible pen plotters. In addition, bonus utility programs make translation back and forth from AUTOCAD files to DRAFT CHOICE files a breeze. System Requirements : A PC compatible with a minimum of 320Kb of RAM and a Hercules, CGA, EGA, VGA, or ATT monitor. A 9-pin dot matrix printer is necessary for hard copy output. Hyper Slide Load PGM1715 HYPERSLIDE is a program to create interactive presentations based on graphic images and programmed control sequences. HYPERSLIDE bases its graphic images on AutoCAD's slide file format. You must create slide (.SLD) files from AutoCAD using the "mslide" command in order to use HYPERSLIDE. System Requirements : HYPERSLIDE and the HYPERSLIDE Presentation Designer use the graphics mode of your computer. Both support Hercules, CGA, EGA, and VGA displays. Both programs will work on SVGA cards but only at standard VGA resolutions. A presentation created on one of the supported displays will work on any of them. LaunchCAD Load PGM1720 After many major updates, the AUTOCAD opening menu still does not present an adequate user interface. In particular, the selection of a drawing filename requires that the user type in the full drive path and filename of the drawing. Nevertheless, the AUTOCAD menu system can be a powerful user interface for the AUTOCAD drawing editor and for custom applications. Modifying the menus is, however, not easily accomplished. LAUNCHCAD was designed specifically to replace the AUTOCAD opening menu. LAUNCHCAD is a high-speed, easy-to-use utility that makes it easy to select a subdirectory, drawing file, and other function provided by the AUTOCAD opening menu or the drawing editor. CUSTOM#MENU, included with LaunchCAD is a utility that provides the ability for an inexperienced user to easily modify an AutoCAD menu. CUSTOM#MENU runs from within the drawing editor, where the user can pick the location of menu items using a mouse or digitizer pointer. Assistance is provided in constructing the menu commands. Layout Load PGM1721 LAYOUT is a program that you can use to create and print a drawing of any two-dimensional area along with an inventory of the contents of the area. An area may be a floor plan of a home or business establishment, a map of a piece of land, a description of the contents of a printed page, the design for a quilt, the LAYOUT of components on a circuit board, etc. -- in fact, any space for which you know the dimensions. System Requirements : The program will run on any computer system that operates using DOS 2.x or later, and has 256kB of memory and a color monitor. Support is provided for a mouse and for both Epson FX/IBM graphic compatible dot matrix printers and HP LaserJet compatible laser printers. MegaCAD Load PGM1722, PGM1723, PGM1724 MEGACAD is a highly efficient professional-level CAD program developed mainly for drawing and construction purposes. MEGACAD includes all the basic CAD functions as well as a sufficient supply of more advanced CAD features - dimensioning, macros, hatching, etc. System Requirements : Basic requirements for the use of MEGACAD include DOS 2.1 or higher, a Microsoft compatible mouse, at least 512 KByte RAM, and an EGA or Hercules graphics card. A a fixed disk is strongly recommended, as only with a hard disk is it possible to make full use of the program's efficiency. In addition you should use an AT, or even better, a 386. MEGACAD automatically uses the co-processors 8087, 80287 and 80387, if installed. MegaDraw Load PGM1725 MEGADRAW is a program designed to create 12-frame animation sequences which can be incorporated into any program. MEGADRAW can write self-standing QuickBasic code (for CGA and EGA) which can be inserted into you any program, modified, and generally used in any way. Further, the animation sequences can be used by any language. In addition to animation, MEGADRAW can be used to create typefaces, or fonts. System Requirements : MEGADRAW requires an Enhanced Graphics Adapter (EGA) or better (i.e. VGA) display to run, though it can create animation that will work on computers with EGA and CGA. PC-Draft-CAD Load PGM1728 PC-DRAFT-CAD is a object-oriented Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) utility, which is designed to facilitate a variety of drawing and drafting needs. PC-DRAFT-CAD is a full fledged "draw" program -- it stores your drawing as a database of basic drawing elements such as points and lines. Some of PC-DRAFT-CAD's features include : production of scaled drawings up to any size that is supported by a printer or plotter; built-in functions to draw circles, lines, boxes, arcs, curves, ellipses; automatic dimensioning to show distance in feet and inches, or metric or decimal units. In addition, PC-DRAFT-CAD is both menu-driven and command-driven. System Requirements : PC-DRAFT-CAD is compatible with the IBM PC, XT, and AT and "true compatible" microcomputers with at least 384k of memory and with MS-DOS or PC-DOS versions 2.0 or later. CGA, EGA, VGA, or Hercules Graphics Display Adapters are supported. PC-Key-Draw Load PGM1716, PGM1717, PGM1718, PGM1719 PC-KEY-DRAW is a graphics package that can be used by anyone and everyone. It includes many features designed specifically for a mechanical engineer, such as calculate and measure. But it also includes many features designed specifically for artists, such as pattern fill and area smear. Its ability to create symbol libraries is ideal for the electrical engineer or the architect. Graphic game designers can use PC-KEY-DRAW's drawing abilities, along with the ability to save an image as a BASICA subroutine, to create graphics ideal for animation. Teachers will find the geometry aspects of the program useful in the math and science classroom. Business people can create eye-catching slides for presentations using such features as slide and text fonts. System Requirements : PC-KEY-DRAW requires Hercules graphics capabilities, or better. However, PC-KEY-DRAW requires a CGA emulator to run on a Hercules graphics card. There are several available in the public domain and shareware worlds. HGCIBM is the prefer emulator to use. Note that clone Hercules cards may not work as well as true Hercules. PrintCAD Load PGM1729 PRINTCAD is a pen plotter emulator that acts as a printer driver for most CAD packages (PRINTCAD works with AutoCAD, AutoSketch, MicroStation, Generic CADD, and some other CAD programs). It lets you print drawings directly from these CAD programs, via the CAD program's pen plotter driver -- either AutoCAD's ADI plotter driver or an HP-GL driver. PRINTCAD outperforms most native CAD printer drivers and provides such additional flexibilities as pen width, shading, color, paper size, orientation, magnification, and positioning. System Requirements : PRINTCAD is a swapping resident program, using 5K of base memory and 368K of EMS or XMS memory. Either 368K of EMS or 368K of XMS is required. PRINTCAD automatically loads high if a 5K XMS upper memory block is available. It will print on Epson compatible 9 and 24-pin printers, NEC and Toshiba 24-pin printers, HP LaserJet, DeskJet, and PaintJet, Canon LBP and BJ printers, IBM LaserPrinter, Kodak Color 4, and PostScript printers. Quest3D Load PGM1730 QUEST-3D is a design and modeling program that enables you to create, view, and edit three-dimensional wire-frame objects and images. Completely menu driven, QUEST-3D is easy to learn and use, and features versatile commands with an emphasis on conceptual design and illustration applications. Program features include the ability to create drawings from any viewpoint around the drawing and the usage of a simultaneous command architecture that allows you to use several viewpoint commands even during the drawing functions. System Requirements : QUEST-3D requires an IBM PC, XT, AT, PS/2 or compatible, MS-DOS or PC-DOS version 2.1 or later, two floppy disk drives or a hard disk, 512K RAM, and CGA, EGA, or VGA dis play capabilities. continue Paint Programs 256 Draw Load PGM1732 256 DRAW -- the "256 DRAW GRAPHICS EDITOR" is designed for use by anyone who has a desire to draw or edit images in 256 color VGA mode. The images created with 256 DRAW are simple bitmap images with no compression schemes involved. 256 DRAW is ideal for both the beginner and expert-level users. Beginners will enjoy the easy-to-use interface. Intermediate users will appreciate the additional features that simplify the graphics editing process. Experts and non-experts alike will want to fully maximize this program by using the advanced drawing procedures such as interpolate, sunburst, phase, and anti- aliasing. Another Program Load PGM1733 ANOTHER PROGRAM is a complete creation kit to produce disk-based presentations. Features include color word processing, illustrations, animation, sound effects, various fonts and more. ANOTHER PROGRAM can be used to : put lessons on disk for students, create colorful catalogs of products, create shareware or presentations for retail sale, send fancy disk-based messages to friends, and much more. System Requirements : For display, VGA, one disk drive, and 384K RAM is required. For creation, all of the above requirements plus mouse and 640k RAM. ANSI Paint Load PGM1734 The purpose of ANSIPAINT is to provide many functions that are useful for creating and editing title screen files of many types. These include ANSI files, which are useful for bulletin board systems, and standard text files, with no color. For programmers, screens may be saved as straight binary dumps or as BSAVE files which may be loaded from BASIC. System Requirements : For ANSIPAINT to work properly, the ANSI.SYS device driver must be installed. To Install ANSI.SYS, you must add the line "DEVICE = ANSI.SYS" to your CONFIG.SYS file. Charts Unlimited Load PGM1736 CHARTS UNLIMITED integrates graphics and text processing into one powerful system to allow quick and easy creation, editing, and printing of flow charts, organization charts, floorplans, electrical diagrams, Gantt charts, forms, and many other types of charts. CHARTS UNLIMITED is suitable for a variety of professions, including engineers, architects, programmers, systems analysts, teachers, and virtually anyone who has a need to draw charts. CHARTS UNLIMITED can print charts on most dot matrix printers either horizontally or vertically, and in many sizes due to a magnification feature that can expand a chart up to 100 times. A printer buffer is provided to facilitate printing of a chart while simultaneously creating or editing a chart. System Requirements : IBM PC or compatible with one or two drives, 256K of memory (or more), IBM Color Graphics Adapter or Hercules monochrome graphics card, graphics dot matrix printer, and DOS 2.0 or greater. Crystal Load PGM1738 CRYTSAL allows a three-dimensional wire frame object to be displayed on the IBM PC's graphics screen by using a rotation and projection to two dimensions. Users may rotate the object about each coordinate axis and change the perspective. CRYSTAL can also produce animation that consists of up to 500 three-dimensional objects, which may be displayed in sequence together with the rotation mentioned above. System Requirements : This program requires an IBM PC, DOS 2.0+, a Color Graphics Adapter, and 256K RAM. Any optional math chip will be used unless NO87 is defined. Drawman Load PGM1739, PGM1740 DRAWMAN is a sophisticated data graphics generation and presentation program for data in Lotus 1-2-3, Symphony, and Visicalc DIF (Data Interchange Format) and user-generated data formats. Features include the ability to use data files developed on a text editor or in DRAWMAN's edit mode and the ability to save screen images of data graphs to files. In addition, graphs may be printed using an Epson MX-80 printer or an HP 7470 plotter, or they may be organized into a slide show for a sequenced presentation on a computer monitor. Excellent "context sensitive" help screens are available at all steps of the program. System Requirements : DRAWMAN requires 2 disk drives, 128K (160K recommended) bytes of RAM memory, a graphics adapter and graphics monitor, and DOS 1.1 or later. EasyCASE Load PGM1741 EASYCASE is a limited function CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tool intended to simplify the generation of data flow diagrams (DFDs), transformation graphs (TRGs), state transition diagrams (STDs), structure charts (STCs), data structure diagrams (DSDs) and entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs). EASYCASE provides the capability to add the appropriate chart type objects to the chart for manipulation. Objects can be added, moved, deleted, labelled, identified and associated with other objects on the chart. In addition, information entered about each object on each chart produced can be exported, at the chart level, in dBASE III Plus file format so that reports and analysis can be performed using dBASE III+, Lotus 1-2-3, Microsoft Excel, etc. System Requirements : EASYCASE requires a Hercules (HGC), EGA or VGA graphics card, a monochrome or enhanced color monitor, Microsoft mouse or compatible, and ideally an 8 MHz 80286 (PC-AT) based PC or better, with at least 512 kbytes of RAM. An Intel 80287 or 80387 math co-processor will improve the speed of screen updates and chart draws. Hard copy can be directed to a number of printers which are compatible with the following : Epson FX, Epson LQ, Okidata Microline, IBM Graphics Printers, HPGL Plotters, Hewlett-Packard QuietJet, LaserJet (HPLJ) series and DeskJet printers. EasyDraw Load PGM1742 EDRAW or Easydraw is an IBM PC based general purpose drawing program designed for technical people like engineers, teachers and students. Besides drawing lines, boxes, circles and symbols, EDRAW includes logic/electronic symbols, enabling a user to draw electronic circuits. The program features automatic panning, and is ideal for drawing schematics, block diagrams, and flowcharts. System Requirements : EDRAW requires 384k of memory, a CGA or EGA graphic adapter, and a mouse. Hard copy can be printed on an Epson or compatible printer. Finger Maps Load PGM1744 FINGER MAPS is a object-oriented drawing package supplemented with a comprehensive database of world geographical coordinates. Map databases contain geographical coordinates of all country borders, U.S. state borders, major rivers and lakes, U.S. state capitals and other major U.S. cities and foreign capitals. FINGER MAPS can serve as a stand-alone object drawing program, a world-map maker, or simply a PCX paint image file editor. The finished drawing or map can be saved and converted into a PCX bitmap or a proprietary object format. FINGER MAPS can also read other PCX files as background image and draw objects on top of it. The screen image can be printed to a HP compatible LaserJet in 300 dots/inch. System Requirements : IBM PC with 384K memory and a 360K floppy drive; VGA color, EGA color, B/W CGA, or Hercules monitor; optional Microsoft compatible mouse on COM1. Finger Paint Load PGM1745 FINGER PAINT is a simple, easy-to-learn paint and draw program which includes several features found in more advanced graphics packages. Six different fonts are included, and each one can have eighty-one different sizes. CUT and PASTE operations can be carried out between the two pages that FINGER PAINT retains in memory. Software receiving the destination paste must be a graphics editor that does not care about what images are on the screen -- ie, a program that does not erase the screen and redraw everything every time a change is made. System Requirements : Presently, GRCP will only work with CGA. However, some EGA displays can be used. Grey Load PGM1838 GREY is a program that will display a GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) image in "greyscale", using an IBM CGA card, Hercules card, or equivalent. GREY can handle any image up to 720 x 400 pixels, and up to 256 total colors. The program converts all colors to grey values, then displays those values using halftoning and dithering techniques. GREY also supports "true" greyscale on a VGA (Video Graphics Array) display. System Requirements : GREY requires at least 160K of free memory to run. Icon Utilities Load PGM1840 The ICON UTILITIES program uses imported graphics from Print Master, Print Shop, or the NEW Print Shop to produce graphical labels and reference sheets. A graphic-graphic converter is used to convert graphics files between the three formats. For hard copy results, most Epson-compatible printers are supported. IMGCon Load PGM1841 IMGCON is a program for converting images between different image formats. It also allows you to display the images on your screen. IMGCON has a windowed interface to make it user friendly. System Requirements : IMGCON requires only enough memory to load itself (about 150K available memory). GIF files will require about another 16K at execution time. ImgFun Load PGM2618 The IMGFUN package consists of a powerful image compression and enhancement program for computer images. Program features include : instant image zoom for up to four times the default width and height; reverse and mirror imaging; use of SVGA modes up to 1024x 768; color adjust. The IMGFUN program also includes a convenient JPEG compression/decompression facility for GIF foramt images - this function is useful for saving a tremendous amount of hard disk space. In addition, IMGFUN allows users to perform quick conversion between, GIF ,BMP, PCX, and JPG image formats. System Requirements : IMGFUN requires a 286-compatible computer system with at least 300kB of free memory. For image processing functions, 2MB of free memory is recommended. Use of a disk caching utility, such as smartdrv, is strongly recommended. MergeIt Load PGM2600 The MERGEIT program was designed to align and merge adjacent images captured with a hand scanner into PCX format files. Automatic merging can be accomplished by applying simple frame and edge guides to the scanned images, or optionally, users can choose to manually merge images. A number of user tools are available to effect a satisfactory alignment and merge. Using MERGEIT, whole letter or legal sized page images can be built from hand scanned sections. The result is nearly indistinguishable from those obtained with more expensive whole page flat-bed scanners. System Requirements : MERGEIT will display merged image regions on Hercules, EGA, and VGA video display systems. OKScrn Load PGM1843 OKSCRN is a program which is able to do screen captures of text or graphics screens on CGA displays. In a valid text modes, screen capture with OKSCR will produce files named #.CAP. These .CAP files can be converted to .PCX files with the OPTIKS program. Screen captured graphics files produced by OKSCR are in PC Paintbrush .PCX format and are readable by OPTIKS and some other conversion programs. The graphics file produced is a black and white image. OKSCR is not technically a memory resident program; it loads itself temporarily while another program is executing and then unloads itself when the program is done. Although OKSCR is a very small file, it grabs a healthy chunk of memory (about 74k) so that it can process any graphics screen. Optiks Fonts Load PGM1844 OPTIKS FONTS is a program which includes twenty-two converted bit-image fonts originally taken from the CHET fonts package. Eleven bytes were added to the head of each CHET font file in order to allow the OPTIKS program to identify it as a valid font. This header includes a recognition pattern consisting of an OPTIKS version number and a font file size. Included with the OPTIKS FONTS package is a "quick and dirty" OKFONTC font converter. This program can quickly convert raw font files into OPTIKS .PCR font files. The original font file must have characters eight bits wide by N bits long, where N can be 8, 9, 10, 12, or 14. 14 is the top limit because the OPTIKS font buffers are not large enough to handle larger fonts. PC-Foil Load PGM1846 PC-FOIL and its companion program FOIL-EDIT combine to provide a multi-purpose tool for the preparation of a complete document or presentation. PC-FOIL may be used to make overhead transparencies (foils) or to create attractive documents, while FOIL-EDIT can be used as a general purpose full-screen editor. The PC-FOIL package as a whole can been used for any general purpose documentation -- instruction manuals, user's guides, operational instructions, management reports, program documentation, mailing labels, name tags, stick-on labels, and many other documents. System Requirements : PC-FOIL requires a 128K or larger IBM PC with one or two disk drives and an 80 character color or monochrome monitor. An IBM or compatible printer is required for hard-copy output. PC-FOIL works with DOS Rel 1.1 and DOS Rel 2.0. The hard disks are supported. PCP Load PGM1847 The PCP program is a PC PAINT file viewer for EGA displays. Features include the following : very fast PC PAINT decoding; menu-driven file selection; indication of specified files in slide show format; creation of GIF, ZSoft, or EGA PAINT file for current pic. System Requirements : PCP requires an IBM or compatible with at least 256K of RAM, and an EGA adapter (256K) and monitor. PrintGL Load PGM1848 PRINTGL is a pen plotter emulator for IBM/DOS systems; it prints an HP-GL (HP Graphics Language) plotfile on a matrix printer. HP-GL is supported by several popular graphics programs, including AutoCAD, Microstation, Generic CADD, MathCAD, SAS, and many more. Even if the user has access to a graphics program which supports printer output, PRINTGL is faster, gives better print quality, and/or gives more formatting flexibility. PRINTGL uses the best graphics modes available for each printer that it supports and uses transfer data compression to improve print speed on many printers. In addition, PRINTGL features options such as paper size, orientation, magnification, and pen width, color (with color mixing), and shading. System Requirements : PRINTGL includes drivers for Epson and IBM compatible 9-pin printers; Epson, IBM, NEC, and Toshiba compatible 24-pin printers; HP Laserjet, Deskjet, PaintJet, QuietJet, and plotters; IBM ExecJet, Quietwriter 2/3, and LaserPrinter; Canon LBP and BJ printers; Kodak Color 4, Mannesmann Tally MT92C and color DeskJet compatible printers; and PostScript printers. The program will also display plots on computers with CGA, EGA, VGA, EVGA, or HGC displays, and output can be specified to a .PCX or .IMG file. VUGIF Load PGM1849 The VUGIF program is a GIF format picture displayer for the IBM PC. VUGIF's features include excellent speed, support for a number of different display boards, efficient handling of corrupted GIF files , and provisions for automatic/manual enlargement and reduction. Ease of use allows users to set a data directory, specify a list of files to be viewed with a few keystrokes, and abort displays in the middle. VIGIF can also be executed in a pre-programmed mode with no keyboard input. VPIC Load PGM1850 The VPIC program is a file viewer/converter for EGA, VGA and SuperVGA display adapters. VPIC will display and convert to the following graphics file formats : BIF Binary Image Format, BMP Microsoft Bitmap files, CUT Dr Halo machine independent format, GIF Graphics Interchange Format, LBM Deluxe Paint VGA format, MAC files, PCX PC Paintbrush format, PIC Pictor/PC Paint and ViewPoint files, SCx Colorix and EGA Paint formats, and TGA Targa format. System Requirements : VPIC requires DOS 2.0 or higher to run from current directory, or DOS 3.0 or higher to run from anywhere. VPIC must be configured for a graphics board using CVPIC or CONFIG; the WHICHVGA program will try to identify a VGA chip and an amount of display memory.
