  11. This Windows Excel template/macro can be used to prepare printed expense 
  12. reports utilizing data exported from Zaurus Expense Manager. For those of 
  13. you that have taken advantage of Sharp's great Flash card promotion, this 
  14. template/macro can be handy (it wasn't included with the Flash card version 
  15. of Expense Manager). The template can be customized to meet company 
  16. specific formatting or labeling.

  32. EXPENSE REPORT TEMPLATE NOTES

  35. ROUNDING
  36. There are times when the data in the Template and the Expense Manager will 
  37. not be displayed the same way.  Both programs will correctly store the information 
  38. you have entered for your expenses. However, there are times when the amounts
  39. to display will be rounded differently for each program.  For example, if the amount 
  40. to be displayed is "150.345", and you have set the software to round to 2 decimal
  41. places, the display can be "150.34" or it can be "150.35".  Neither one is incorrect,
  42. and even though they appear to be different values, they are stored the same in each
  43. program.
