  1. HOME INVENTORY V1.4 - README

  4. This file is for users of V1.3 who wish to upgrade to V1.4.  New
  5. users should use the full instructions.
  6.  
  7. To upgrade from V1.4, replace the old S3AHOME3.APP file with the
  8. new S3AHOME4.APP.   
  9.  
  10.     1.    If you want to use the optional On-Line Help (Highly recommended)
  11.           put the file S3AHOMEH.OVL into an \APP\S3AHOME\ directory.
  12.  
  13.     2.    If you want to use the optional Print option put the file 
  14.           S3AHOMEP.OVL into the \APP\S3AHOME\ directory and the file
  15.           S3APRINT.DYL into an \OPD\ directory.  Note that this file is
  16.           common to all my programs, so if you have more than one of
  17.           them you only need one copy of this file.
  18.  
  19. The following enhancements have been added.
  20.  
  21. a.    A proper printing routine based on the official Psion version.  
  22.         This also offers full PSIWIN support.  
  23.  
  24. b.    A proper Psion-compatible Help file added.
  25.  
  26. c.    Swiss font has been added as an option.  Select through 'Set Preferences'.
  27.  
  28. d.    A few more Date formats added.
  29.  
  30. e.    The Room/Category move option now allows a destination position.
  31.  
  32. f.    The Items can now be sorted alphabetically, by date, or by value.
