  7. Instalation of the packed PsioMan
  8. ---------------------------------
  9.  
  10. For installation with  the  setup  disk  see  next  section. (There  are no 
  11. differences in the result of the installation!)
  12.  
  13. For instalation just copy  the unpacked  files in  a new empty subdirectory
  14. or an existing directory of a previous installed version of PsioMan. To run 
  15. this program  you will need  VBRUN300.DLL in  the windows\system  directory 
  16. (the runtime version  of Microsoft Visual Basic 3.0).  All other files  are 
  17. included.  You  do  not  need  to  copy  any  files  to the  windows\system 
  18. directory.
  19.  
  20. When  updating  from a  previous verison,  please replace  ALL files in the 
  21. directory with the newer ones.  The Update Zip file contains only the newer
  22. files from its direct preceeding version (1.0b -> 1.0a).

  24. Install the  Icon in your favourite  program manager  by using the commands
  25. 'File', 'New'.

  33. Instalation of PsioMan with Setup
  34. ---------------------------------
  35.  
  36. If you have received an original PsioMan Setup disk start the Setup program
  37. named setup.exe and follow the instructions on the screen.

  39. When you are  asked to  Register the  program with your name and the serial 
  40. number, choose the button "Test Version" to install the test  version.  Or, 
  41. if  you already  have the  serial number  printed  your  disk fill  out the 
  42. registration dialog as propted on the screen.

  44. IMPORTANT:  If you  got a  licence / invoice  form please  install the test 
  45. version  first,  start PsioMan  and  register  in the  running  program  by 
  46. choosing the command Licence from the Utilities menu.
  47.  
  48. Again:   It  doesn't matter  whether you  are using  the  compressed  files 
  49. - downloaded from a BBS - to install PsioMan or the Setup Disk.  There will 
  50. be the same files installed at the same place.
