  3. SUMMARY
  4.  
  5. Master of Ceremonies (MoC)  is an application for the PSION Series 3/
  6. 3a Computer to assist people who have to control any structured event
  7. such as a conference, meeting, tutorial, television  programme etc.
  8. It can also be used by individual presenters to keep their talk to
  9. time and act as an electronic cue card.             MoC is Shareware.

  63. Although MoC has been extensively tested, the author takes no
  64. responsibility for any loss of any kind due to its use. It is the
  65. user's responsibility to establish the suitability of this
  66. software for any particular purpose.

  68. MoC may be freely copied and distributed provided the entire file
  69. "S3MOC.ZIP" is distributed intact, complete and without any changes.
  70.  
  71. Any individual or organisation may use MoC for a maximum of 21 days
  72. without charge. At the end of that time, they must either cease
  73. using MoC or register its use with the author.
  74.  
  75. Registration costs รบ20UK or $30US. Payment may be by cheque to John
  76. Hind, 1a Brunswick Quay, Redriff Road, London SE16 1PU, United
  77. Kingdom; or via CompuServe (GO SWREG). If paying by post, please
  78. include a CompuServe mailbox through which you can be 
  79. contacted. Registration entitles you to unlimited use on any one
  80. machine, to free application support and to free upgrades. At
  81. present, upgrades and application support can only be offered via
  82. CompuServe and not by mail or telephone.

  119. INSTALLATION
  120.  
  121. To install MoC, all the above files must be located either on an SSD
  122. or on a disk drive on a PC attached to the Series 3 machine via the
  123. 3-Link cable and MCLINK software. In either case, all the files must
  124. be in the same directory.
  125. 1. Copy the MOCINST.OPL file into the \OPL directory in internal
  126. memory.
  127. 2. Load this file into the Program application and translate using
  128. PSION-T. Answer YES in the "Run program" dialog,
  129. 3. Press any key to bring up the Installation Options dialog.
  130. 4. Complete this dialog and press ENTER. The files for the selected
  131. version will be installed into the correct directories.
  132. 5. At the system screen, select PSION-I to install the application
  133. icon and pick the "MOC" application from whichever device you
  134. installed it to.
  135. 6. You can now delete \OPL\MOCINST.OPL and \OPO\MOCINST.OPO.
  136. 7. To get started, I recommend you open the MOC or MOCA file in the
  137. Word application at the same time as the EXAMPLE file in the MOC
  138. application.
