A shareware is an application you can freely use, so that you can evaluate it. When you think that the program suits your needs, you register to show the author your appreciation for his work. Registering allows you to access all the features of the program.
Why would you register
I spent many hours working on this program, that's why I turned WebSurf into a shareware application.
If you register, you'll have the following advantages:
You will get a registration code which will allow you to access to all the program's features, and will disable any nag screen
You will automatically receive any new version if you gave me your email address
You can ask for WebSurf to talk your language if it isn't already the case
You will of course be a registered user for any new version.
Moreover, this will help me when I am fired from my school, because the hours I spent writing WebSurf didn't go into my schoolwork
How can I register
Registration is very easy. Just send
12, 100 FF or $20 to me, together with your full name your paper address, and the number of the version you are using.
Please note that I will only be able to send registration codes by standard mail until September 1998. No email.
You can send cash and postal money orders in any currency or a cheque if it is in FF and from a French bank. Please don't use cheques from other banks than French ones since they take half of the amount if I cash them. My address is:

You'll receive as quickly as possible a registration code. Run WebSurf, choose Register from the Special menu, and enter your full name and the code. That's all. WebSurf will be registered to you. No need to re-install or whatever.
