  1. Light Cycles V 3.5 released 6th JAN 97.
  2.  
  3. Light Cycles is an exciting arcade game with speech and sound effects.
  4.  
  5. To install it copy LCYCLES.OPA into an APP directory on any device, if you don't
  6. allready have an APP directory, then create one as follows:-
  7.  
  8. Press the SYSTEM button
  9.  
  10. Press the MENU key
  11.  
  12. Under 'Disk', select 'Make directory' and press Enter
  13.  
  14. Next to 'Name' type APP
  15.  
  16. Select the disk you wish to use, 'Internal, A or B' and press Enter
  17.  
  18.  
  19. Now use the same method to create a directory called PSITECHA, this time typing
  20. PSITECHA next to 'Name' instead of APP.
  21.  
  22. The PSITECHA directory does not need to be on the same disk as the APP directory
  23.  
  24. Copy the remaining files except this one, to the PSITECHA directory.
  25.  
  26. Please note that you may only have 1 PSITECHA directory, either in the internal
  27. memory (M) or (A) or (B).
  28.  
  29. If you wish to save space, some or all of the following sound files may
  30. optionally be omitted, (it is recommended that you copy them all if you have the
  31. space):-

  33. 01.SDN TO 10.SDN (NUMBERS)
  34. LC.SDN (LIGHT CYCLES)
  35. GO.SDN (GAME OVER)
  36. TR.SDN (TRY AGAIN)
  37. WD.SDN (WELL DONE)
  38. LV.SDN (LEVEL)
  39. OH.SDN (OH NO)
  40. G-.SDN (GO)
  41. Z2.SDN (WAAAA)
  42. OK.SDN (O.K.)
  43. BY.SDN (BYE)
  44. Z1.SDN (EXPLOSION SOUND)
  45. Z3.SDN (WIERD SOUND)
  46.  
  47. If you are short of space, but want the most important sounds, just copy:
  48. Z1.SDN
  49. Z2.SDN
  50. Z3.SDN
  51.  
  52. Once the files have been copied, press SYSTEM, then MENU, then select INSTAll,
  53. select CYCLES3A.OPA and press ENTER. An icon will then appear for Light Cycles,
  54. select this to begin the game. Instructions on how to play are in the game...
