  21. A lot of the programs in this NG is unfortunately posted with quite
  22. obscure titles. This makes it very difficult to decide whether or not
  23. to download them. I am currently connected via a (slow) 14.4 modem,
  24. and it is a pain in the a.. to wait for 10 minutes to download a program
  25. of minor interest.

  27. Therefore: Please either make the subject line more descriptive,
  28. eg "Genealogy ver 1.4" or such, or make a posting with just a 2-line
  29. short description.
