  6. SHANGAI is a game for PSION.
  7. Base on Mah-Jong tiles, it's a memory style game.
  8.  
  9. It had been designed on PSION 3a, but should run on 3c and would'nt on Siena.

  11. I - Shareware :
  12.  
  13. SHANGAI is shareware. It means that :
  14.     - If, after a period of test, you decide to keep it, you have to contribute to the author (see "About" by typing Help key).
  15.     - You can freely distribute this software unmodified and including every files of the package.

  18. II - Installation
  19.  
  20. 5 files are in the SHANGAI  package :
  21.         - Shangai.opa
  22.         - Shang1.dat
  23.         - Shang2.dat
  24.         - Shang31.dat
  25.         - Shang32.dat

  27. Installation steps :  (be careful : SHANGAI takes only 1 H)
  28.     1 - copy Shangai.opa in the APP\ (M:\APP\) directory
  29.     2 - Create a sub-directory in APP\ : SHANGAI\
  30.     3 - Copy Shang1.dat in the APP\SHANGAI\ directory
  31.     4 - Copy Shang2.dat in the APP\SHANGAI\ directory
  32.     5 - Copy Shang31.dat in the APP\SHANGAI\ directory
  33.     6 - Copy Shang32.dat in the APP\SHANGAI\ directory
  34.     7 - Install Shangai.opa  (Psion-I)

  37. III - Using SHANGAI:

  39. Everything is explain in the software : type 'help'
  40. Of course, use also the menu key to return / go to the menu.

  45. v 1.1  -  03/97
  46.     * Pointer bug fixed : first time, pointer was invisible !!
  47.     * Help screen : rules had been completed
  48.     *  Tiles set : Now you can choose your tiles set. The new one is more comfortable for your eyes !

  51.     * Acceleration of tiles redraw by a factor of 2 !
  52.     * Sound (on/off) when selecting the second tile
  53.     * You can now ask Shangai to suggest you a move.
  54.     * Improved Help screens

  57.     * Little redrawing trouble fixed.

  60.     * Short cuts for a few fonctions : Quit, Sound on/off, Suggest move, New game.
  61.     * Quit via system screen was not working. Now it's OK.
