  17. Installation Instructions

  19. 1.Verify that you have at least 45KB free on your Pilot 1000 or Pilot 5000. 
  20. 2.Download the pilotfdemo.zip file. 
  21. 3.Create a directory, and unzip the files in pilotfdemo.zip into the directory. 
  22. 4.Run the INSTAPP.EXE program which is located in your Pilot Desktop directory. 
  23. 5.Click on Browse, and select the Demo.PRC file. 
  24. 6.Click on Install... to install the program during your next HotSync.

  59. 1.You shall not (and shall not permit other persons or entities to) 
  60. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, merge, modify, include in 
  61. other software or translate the Software, or use the Software for 
  62. any commercial purposes, and 
  63. 2.You shall not (and shall not permit other persons or entities to) 
  64. rent, lease, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the 
  65. Software or this Agreement. Any attempt to do so shall be void and 
  66. of no effect. 
  67. 3.You shall not (and shall not permit other persons or entities to) 
  68. remove or obscure Pendragon Software's copyright, trademark or other 
  69. proprietary notices or legends from any of the materials contained 
  70. in this package or downloaded.

  72. 4. U.S. Government Restricted Rights 
  73.  
  74. The Software is licensed subject to RESTRICTED RIGHTS. 
  75. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government or any person or 
  76. entity acting on its behalf is subject to restrictions as set forth 
  77. in subdivision (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and 
  78. Computer Software Clause at DFARS (48 CFR 252.227-7013) for DoD 
  79. contracts, in paragraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer 
  80. Software-Restricted Rights clause in the FAR (48 CFR 52.227-19) 
  81. for civilian agencies, or in the case of NASA, in Clause 18-52.227-86(d) 
  82. of the NASA Supplement to the FAR, or in other comparable agency

  88. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a waiver of Pendragon 
  89. Software's rights under U.S copyright laws or any other Federal, 
  90. state, local or foreign law. You are responsible for installation, 
  91. management, and operation of the Software. This Agreement shall be 
  92. construed, interpreted and governed under Illinois law. If any 
  93. provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent 
  94. jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining 
  95. provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
