  9. Blocks. Enclosed is a check in U.S. dollars for the following amount (please

  13.                        music for the FREE distribution disk. I understand that
  14.                        I will be rebated the sum of $1.00 if, at a later date,
  15.                        I send a floppy disk with one or more Musical Blocks
  16.                        compositions to Alan L. Moyer. This rebate offer expires
  17.                        at the time I receive my FREE disk of Musical Blocks 
  18.                        music.

  21.                        360 Kbyte floppy disk containing one or more musical
  22.                        compositions for the FREE disk in Musical Blocks 
  23.                        *.all format. My FREE disk of music will be returned to

  26. I understand that as soon as sufficient music is available to fill the FREE 
  27. disk, I will receive this disk at no charge mailed to the address below. I also 
  28. understand and agree that I am only entitled to this disk if Alan L . Moyer, 
  29. the author of Musical Blocks, receives sufficient files in Musical Blocks *.all 
  30. format from users of the program to fill the disk.

  33. the program either written or by phone with the stipulation that any long 
  34. distance calls for technical help are placed by and paid by me.
