  5. This release consists of this readme.txt file and two other files:
  6.  
  7. ICCVID.DRV   - The new Cinepak driver, version 1.5.
  8. OEMSETUP.INF - An information file needed to install the driver.
  9.

  11. -------- Instructions for Installation of Cinepak Codec ----------

  14.  1. When running Windows, do the following:
  15.  
  16.      a.  Open up the Control Panel application and invoke the Drivers
  17.      applet.
  18.  
  19.      b.  From the Drivers applet's main window select the Add...
  20.      pushbutton.
  21.  
  22.      c.  In the Add dialog box which then appears choose the selection
  23.      "Unlisted or Updated Driver" from the List of Drivers listbox.
  24.  
  25.      d.  In the Install Driver dialog box which then appears enter
  26.      the path to the Cinepak driver files.  If you decompressed
  27.          the file to your hard disk, just enter the path to the 
  28.          decompressed files.  If you copied the files to a diskette, 
  29.          enter either A:\ or B:\ in the edit field, depending on 
  30.          which drive has the Cinepak driver files.  Press OK.

  32.      e.  In the Add Unlisted or Updated Driver dialog box which should
  33.      then appear, you should see the following entries:

  35.         Cinepak Codec by SuperMatch
  36.  
  37.      Select it and press OK.
  38.  
  39.      f.  The Cinepak Codec driver will be copied into your Window's
  40.      system subdirectory and its installation should then be
  41.      complete.
