  36. REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  38. Coeli Inc warrants the physical CD-R media
  39. occasionally provided with registered versions to be free of defects 
  40. in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety days
  41. from the date of registration. If Coeli Inc receives
  42. notification within the warranty period of defects in materials
  43. or workmanship, and such notification is determined by 
  44. Coeli Inc to be correct, Coeli Inc will 
  45. replace the defective media.

  47. The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  48. Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  49. CD-R media and shall not include or extend to
  50. any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including
  51. but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software,
  52. or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar
  53. claims, even if Coeli Inc has been specifically advised
  54. of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Coeli Inc's
  55. liability for any damages to you or any other person
  56. ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual price
  57. paid for the license to use the software, regardless of any form
  58. of the claim.

  60. Coeli Inc SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
  61. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
