  1.     LHA213.EXE is a self-extracting LHA archiver from Japan.
  2.     It creates files with extesnion .LZH.
  3.     LHA is compact, yet full of options and switches.

  6.     a very tiny overhead. LHA is free. LHA's original source
  7.     in C language is open for the public. Irvin Hoff's LHA.HLP is
  8.     enclosed in the package for novice users.

  10.     Major changes of this version are mostly for batch mode execution.

  12.     A new switch /s is designed to refrain the outputs:
  13.     "Skipped :FILENAME.EXT newer or same file exits"
  14.     LHA returns diffeernt errorlevels, when it fails to create files
