  6. DESCRIPTION:   PubChange is a commodity for AmigaDos 2.04.  It isn't a
  7.                public screen manager, but it is useful when used in
  8.                conjunction with one.  It is designed to make public
  9.                screens easier to use.  Whenever a new screen is brought to
  10.                the front, this screen is examined.  If it is a public
  11.                screen, it is made into the default automatically without
  12.                having to explicitly do it from within a public screen
  13.                manager.  If not, it is left alone.  Thus, the current
  14.                default public screen is always the one which you have most
  15.                recently brought to the front, and applications which use
  16.                the default public screen will appear there.  PubChange can
  17.                also bring the previous (instead of next) screen to the
  18.                front, or bring the workbench screen to the front.  In all
  19.                cases, they are made into the default public screen if
  20.                possible.
